OPINION

HUGHES, Justice.

The appellant, Robert Dale Ware, was convicted of the offense of rape. The jury assessed his punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for a term of 20 years and fine of $10,000.00.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
