Floyd Webb was indicted by the grand jury for the first degree murder of Randy Sebble in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1 After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty as charged. After a sentencing hearing before the same jury that determined the issue of guilt, the jury was unable to unanimously agree on a recommendation of a sentence of death or life imprisonment without benefit of probation...
