McDONALD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by plaintiff Blakeney from judgment she take nothing in her suit to recover $10,000.00 accidental death insurance proceeds.

Plaintiff sued defendant Insurance Company as beneficiary of an accidental death policy on the life of her son Bobo. The accidental death means benefit contained an exclusion providing same shall not be payable if the insured died...
