The State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation and Development, defendant, appeals the judgment rendered by the trial court against it in favor of plaintiffs, Roy Dimm, Wilson Lewis, Sadie Lewis, Sardo Palermo, Mary Palermo, and Sharon Dimm Rousseau.
