This is a search and seizure case which must be viewed in light of the recent decision in United States v. Ross, ___ U.S. ___, 72 L.Ed.2d 572, 102 S.Ct. 2157 (decided June 1, 1982). It involves the warrantless search of an automobile and its contents.
