This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal of appellant's suit to set aside a final ruling and decision of the Industrial Accident Board. The reason for the dismissal was the failure of the appellant to timely file the suit in compliance with the limitations provision of Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. Ann. art. 8307 § 5 (Vernon Supp.1982).1
