Dicker and Jeff Dicker (Dickers) against First Texas Savings Association of Dallas (First Texas) for actual and exemplary damages for First Texas' refusal to fund a two million dollar loan commitment. After trial before a jury, judgment was rendered for Dicker Center, Inc. and the Dickers in the sum of $962,862.50. First...
