NORRIS, Judge.

In this concursus proceeding, Doris M. Pylant appeals a judgment rejecting her claim as the beneficiary of two life insurance policies insuring the life of her deceased husband from whom she was legally separated. We affirm.

Because Doris M. Pylant and Irene P. Jordan, the mother of the deceased, had both filed claims as alleged beneficiaries under two insurance policies issued by Standard Life and Accident Insurance Company on the life of Wilburn...
