PER CURIAM.
We find that the deputy commissioner is correct in his conclusions and the order is AFFIRMED.
Appellee's petition for an attorney's fee is conditionally granted. This case is remanded to the deputy commissioner to determine whether a fee is awardable under Section 440.34(2)(a-c): Florida Statutes (1979). Should the deputy rule in claimant's favor, an attorney's fee of $2,000 is granted on appeal.
