ERVIN, Judge.

Appellants were charged by information with possessing and importing methaqualone. They entered pleas of not guilty and subsequently filed motions to suppress the physical evidence taken from the boat they were using. After a hearing, the motion was denied. Appellants then changed their pleas to no contest on the possession charge, and the state nolle prossed the importation charge. Appellants properly preserved their right to appeal the convictions...
