Bob Miller, plaintiff and appellant, brought this action in the District Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District, Musselshell County, to recover damages for breach of contract. Bill Watkins, defendant and respondent, pled the affirmative defense of accord and satisfaction for all counts of Miller's complaint.
