The people appeal an order setting aside three counts of an indictment returned against defendant Dean Richard Pic'l, an attorney, in connection with the alleged bribery of a prospective complaining witness in a criminal prosecution. For the reasons that follow, we hold that the court erred in ruling there was no reasonable cause to charge defendant with the offenses. We therefore reverse the order, reinstating all...
