THE COURT.*

In this disciplinary proceeding, we review the recommendation of the State Bar Court Review Department that petitioner John Alan Montag be suspended from the practice of law for one year (six months' actual suspension) for giving false testimony at a grand jury proceeding. We will accept the proposed discipline.
