Appeal from the order dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 N.Y.2d 241, 248). Judgment modified, on the law, by deleting the provision that the individual defendants are entitled to indemnification and substituting therefor a provision that said defendants are entitled to seek advances from the corporation pursuant to subdivision (c) of section 724 of the Business Corporation Law. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
