PER CURIAM.

This cause is before the Court on appeal from a judgment of conviction of first-degree murder for which a sentence of death was imposed. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.

Appellant Simmons was convicted of murder in the first degree and second-degree arson of a truck. The evidence showed that he became involved with Betty Hardy, the victim's wife. As a result of this involvement, appellant decided to kill James Hardy, Betty...
