This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant, Raymond T. Sutton, Commissioner of Conservation, State of Louisiana, and intervenor, Southern Natural Gas Company, (hereinafter referred to as SNG), and against plaintiff, Charlie W.
