This is a suit for declaratory judgment. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald G. Wolf and Mr. and Mrs. Woodall J. Didier seek a judgment declaring their titles to immovable property in East Baton Rouge Parish valid and unassailable vis-a-vis Ronald L. Whitney and other defendants named herein.1 Whitney answered with a general denial and reconvened, asking to be recognized as the owner of an undivided one-half interest in the subject properties...
