This is an appeal from an order affirming an award of compensation by the Labor and Industry Review Commission (DILHR) to Zena Oglesby (claimant). The compensation awarded was for alleged hearing loss incurred by the claimant while in the employ of A.O. Smith Corporation (appellant). The appellant contends that DILHR's award of compensation should be set aside and that DILHR be instructed that the claimant's application for worker's compensation benefits...
