Jesse Johnson filed suit against his former employer, Johns-Manville Sales Corporation, for misrepresentation and breach of a retirement plan contract. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $2,494.80 per year from October 12, 1972 until his sixty-fifth birthday, and $1,294.80 per year thereafter until death. Damages in the amount of $5,000 were also awarded to plaintiff for misrepresentation, inconvenience and attorney...
