This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a judgment of the circuit court for La Crosse county, DENNIS G. MONTABON, circuit judge, which held that the medical malpractice claim of the plaintiff, Sue A. Tamminen, was barred by the statute of limitations.
