BROWN, J.

This appeal deals mainly with a party's duty to supplement an interrogatory which had tendered no names of expert witnesses but which was proven to be inaccurate when the plaintiff appeared with an expert on the day of trial. The trial court allowed the evidence, and the appellants contest the ruling. Because there was no showing of hardship, we affirm.
