By per curiam opinion of November 5, 1973, 255 Ark. 1075, in accordance with a petition from the Arkansas Judicial Council, the Code of Judicial Conduct of the American Bar Association was approved as the proper standards for the Judiciary of this State.

That part entitled "Compliance with the Code of Judicial Conduct", p. 31, Ark. Law Review Vol. 35 (1981), p. 270, reads in pertinent part:
