This is a trespass case.

The present case arose from a suit filed by Annie Golphin in the Circuit Court of Crenshaw County alleging trespass to land and the removal and destruction of personal property. The defendant, Havard Richburg, is Golphin's cousin. He claimed title to the property in question.

It appears from the record that a forty acre tract of land was owned by Jeff and Alabama Richburg...
