In this action National Business Lists, Inc. (NBL) brought a monopolization claim against Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. (D & B) and D & B counterclaimed for copyright infringement and breach of contract. After an extended trial the jury rejected the NBL antitrust claim and found for D & B on both its copyright and contract claims, awarding substantial damages.
