Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying his claim for disability benefits. Both parties have moved for summary judgment. Having considered the papers of both counsel and the applicable law, the Court remands this case to the Appeals Council for further consideration...
