I. BACKGROUND

On July 30, 1980, an involuntary petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 11 was filed against the debtor, Rite Autotronics Corporation. An order for relief was entered on August 12, 1980. On August 18, 1980, the debtor filed its Schedule of Ten Largest Creditors. The appellant, Dresser Industries, Inc., ("Dresser"), was listed on this schedule with an unsecured claim of $105,756.43.
