PER CURIAM.

The order granting the motion to dismiss the information in the trial court is reversed upon the reasoning found in the recent Supreme Court opinion of Ensor v. State, 403 So.2d 349 (Fla. 1981).1 The order granting the motion to suppress is also reversed, in accordance with the stipulation made in the trial court.

Reversed and remanded...
