The Mississippi Real Estate Commission held a hearing as a result of complaints filed by the Sullivans against their real estate broker, C.L. Smith. The Commission concluded that Smith had acted for more than one party in a transaction without the knowledge of all parties for whom he acted and that he was also guilty of improper dealing.
