This is a wrongful death action for fatal injuries incurred by Floyd Eugene Braxton as a result of an industrial accident. Plaintiff, Susan E. Braxton, filed the action as provisional tutrix on behalf of decedent's minor children, Brandy Elizabeth Braxton and Floyd Eugene Braxton, II. The original defendants named in the suit were decedent's employer, Georgia-Pacific Corporation, various employees of the corporation, Southwestern Electric Power Company...
