Plaintiffs, Frager Ford and his wife, filed this suit on September 2, 1981, against Plain Dealing Charcoal Company, Campfire Charcoal Company, Inc., Arkansas Charcoal Company, Inc., and Arrow Industries, Inc., for workmen's compensation benefits for the death of their minor son, Michael Ford, who was killed on September 6, 1979, while helping his father load and unload a truckload of lumber slabs.
