JONES, Justice.

This action was tried to a jury on alternative theories of fraud and conversion, claiming both compensatory and punitive damages. The jury returned a general verdict for $30,000.00, in favor of Plaintiff TaylorHolmes and against Defendant Coosa Valley Bank. Defendant Bank's motions for directed verdict, judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and remittitur were denied. This appeal followed.
