Appellant, a former commissioner and mayor of the City of Margate, challenges the applicability and constitutionality of Section 112.313(7)(a), Florida Statutes (Florida's Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees). We hold that the Code governed appellant's conduct as a public official, that it is not unconstitutionally vague, and that the Commission on Ethics finding of a code violation is supported by substantial, competent evidence.
