Washington (plaintiff) against Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC) alleging fraudulent suppression of facts material to the financing of an automobile purchased by plaintiff. This case previously was before us in Jim Short Ford Sales, Inc. v. Washington, 384 So.2d 83 (Ala.1980), where we reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded for a new trial as to FMCC...
