Plaintiffs, doing business as Precision Injection Molding & Assemblies (PIMA), brought this action to recover the cost of goods sold to Miniature Precision Components, Inc. (MPC). MPC counterclaimed, alleging at trial that its agent, Michael Burg, had violated his duty to MPC by secretly maintaining an ownership interest in PIMA, by converting goods belonging to MPC, and by failing to fulfill his employment obligations in order to generate more business...
