This matter is before us on appeal by leave granted, arising out of plaintiff's claim for damages for mental anguish resulting from alleged breach of contract and breach of implied warranties in the sale of a new home.

In 1968, defendant Broadland Builders, Inc., entered into a contract with plaintiff, Barbara Groh, and her husband, for the construction of a new home, including a septic tank disposal...
