SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for the calendar year 1977 in the amount of $1,674. The issues for decision are (1) the amounts petitioner is entitled to deduct as moving expenses, miscellaneous deductions and employee business expenses for the year 1977; and (2) what amount did petitioner pay to his former wife as alimony in 1977.1
