PER CURIAM:

The defendant, Byron Rayford, was convicted by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County sitting without a jury of attempted murder, armed robbery, and armed violence. Defendant received concurrent sentences of 12 years on the attempted murder conviction and 10 years on the other convictions.
