On March 9, 1978, the victim, Imogene Saylor, was assaulted and robbed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The single commissioner, in an opinion and order dated November 11, 1980, granted the applicant $20.75; an amount representing the applicant's net unreimbursable economic loss by way of work loss.
