(1) May a defendant who has been sentenced to a "life" imprisonment under the Indeterminate Sentence Law (ISL) (former Pen. Code, § 1168, repealed eff. Jan. 1, 1977) be entitled to parole release consideration under both ISL and the administrative guidelines which were in effect at the time he was sentenced and also under the Uniform Determinate Sentencing...
