Plaintiff-appellee Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 309 (Laborers), brought suit under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, for specific performance of the arbitration clause in its collective bargaining agreement with defendant-appellant W.
