Claimant appeals from a "third party distribution order" of the Workers' Compensation Board, requiring claimant to pay to SAIF part of the settlement proceeds that he received from the tortfeasor for an injury for which SAIF has paid him workers' compensation benefits. The board and SAIF contend that this court lacks jurisdiction over the appeal.1 We conclude that we have jurisdiction, and we affirm in part...
