Continental T.V., Inc. (Continental) appeals from a summary judgment in favor of G.T.E. Sylvania Incorporated (Sylvania) and John P. Maguire & Co. (Maguire). Continental challenges Sylvania's requirement that its dealers sell Sylvania products only from approved locations.
