The First National Bank of Denver (bank), petitioner, sought relief in this court in the nature of a writ of prohibition pursuant to C.A.R. 21(a),1 alleging that the District Court of El Paso County, respondent, had exceeded its jurisdiction by denying a motion for change of venue based on the provisions of 12 U.S.C. § 94.
