This is an appeal by Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. ("Vishay") from the dismissal of its cause of action against Delta International Corporation ("Delta"). Vishay sought monetary damages from Delta for slander, unfair business practices, tortious interference with contract, and abuse of process.
