SPRIZZO, District Judge:

Plaintiff, Sonia V. Grant, a black female, commenced this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII"), and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 against her former employer, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, alleging race and sex discrimination in employment. She seeks declaratory and injunctive relief as well as compensatory and punitive damages....
