Mrs. Betha Lou Culp sues her former employer, Belden Corporation, for workmen's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability, plus penalties and attorney's fees. The district court awarded claimant maximum benefits for 100 weeks, plus any unpaid medical and travel expenses, subject to a credit for all payments previously made.
