This is a petition by Equifax Inc. to review a portion of a Final Order to Cease and Desist issued by the Federal Trade Commission on December 15, 1980.1 The Commission found that Equifax was guilty of six major violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681t.
