Appellant was convicted of theft of a vehicle valued at more than $1,000, a class three felony, in violation of A.R.S. § 13-1802(A)(1). He was placed on five years' probation. He appeals, alleging that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. The court of appeals affirmed in a memorandum decision,1 and we granted review.
