This case involves issues raised on consolidated appeal before this Court from judgments entered in separate actions in the Superior Court, York County. The Superior Court proceedings involved claims by the State for forfeiture of motor vehicles allegedly utilized in accomplishing violations of 12 M.R.S.A. § 7613 and § 7901.
