Sanders, Jr., seeking cancellation of all servitudes affecting her property due to accrual of liberative prescription of 10 years nonuse. She further seeks damages and attorney fees because of defendant's failure to furnish her a recordable act evidencing the extinction of these servitudes within 30 days after her written...
